2. Our Principal – Dennis King

Dennis has commerce and maths degrees as well as a background in accounting with a tax focus, which gives him an advantage when dealing with accountants. Many complex commercial matters come to Dennis King Law which are outside the expertise of some other firms. In addition, Dennis has studied personal financial planning through the Securities Institute of Australia as well as passing the Law of Trade Marks paper through the New Zealand Institute of Patent Attorneys. This gives Dennis a good background to working with accountants and other professionals in complex matters relating to business.

3. Our Advice

Our legal advice is always well researched. We are creative in finding solutions which are realistic and cost effective for the client.

4. Reporting

Each month clients receive a letter reporting on progress of their affairs with billing that clarifies the work carried out by each person. Dennis King Law maintains an advanced computer system and ever changing software to support the delivery of our services and the management of clients’ affairs. Accounting and time recording are based on sophisticated software to ensure accurate and detailed information is provided to clients in their bills.

5. Accessibility

Our lawyers will always accept calls from clients, except when meeting other clients or in training. Where a lawyer is so engaged and receives a call or email, we undertake to return your call as soon as possible, but certainly within 24 hours. Clients have access to their lawyer after hours.
